Job Description Job Description Overview: We are seeking a sales-driven Construction Estimator with an existing book of sales to support one branch location. This role is client-facing and focused on developing and maintaining business relationships, while also supporting estimating and design functions. Candidates near a branch location are preferred. Remote candidates will be considered if willing to visit the branch periodically. Responsibilities: Leverage an existing book of business to generate and grow sales Build and maintain strong client relationships Act as the primary sales contact for the branch Support estimating activities including plan review, take-offs, and pricing Assist with proposal preparation and project coordination Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimates and customer satisfaction Requirements: Construction sales experience with an established book of sales Estimating experience in construction (commercial preferred) Strong communication and customer-facing skills Ability to work independently and manage sales activities Preferred (Not Required): Experience with OST, Bluebeam, or Procore Background in commercial construction Additional Details: Supports one branch only (no multi-territory responsibility) Hybrid/remote flexibility with occasional in-branch presence Company Description MAGNUM STAFFING is a recruiting and staffing solutions firm based in Houston, Texas, and founded in 1996.
