moving forward. Job Description The Program Manager, People
Development & Communications is responsible for designing and
delivering high-impact people development programs and internal
employee communications across Global Operations. Reporting to the
Sr. Manager for People Development, Culture, and Communications,
this individual will collaborate with Global Operations Senior
Leadership, the various Global Operations functions, HR, and
Corporate Communications to ensure impactful programming and
messaging across the organization. The role combines expertise in
learning and development with communications, requiring strong
facilitation, instructional design, and storytelling skills to
influence and connect with diverse, global audiences. ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: People Development & Culture Program
Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the full lifecycle of people
development programs—from assessing needs and aligning stakeholders
to designing, delivering, and improving learning experiences.
Learning Design & Customization: Design and tailor learning
experiences for technical and non-technical audiences, leveraging
modern instructional design principles and digital learning tools.
Facilitation & Delivery: Facilitate engaging live and virtual
sessions across global teams, ensuring inclusivity and cultural
relevance. Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor
success metrics for programs, analyze feedback and data, and
implement improvements to maximize impact. Culture & Engagement
Enablement: Support initiatives that strengthen culture and
employee engagement, while furthering capabilities. Communications
Communications Enablement: Ensure open channels for feedback,
questions, and ideas, so all employees have access to the
communications resources and platforms they need to stay informed
and engaged. Communications Execution: Distribute communications
for Global Operations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment
with organizational goals. Messaging Development: Develop and
deliver clear, concise messaging for programs, initiatives, and
organizational priorities to drive timely and accurate information
flow. Multichannel Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of
communications across multiple platforms (email, presentations,
intranet, webinars, etc.), ensuring messaging is consistent,
timely, and tailored to diverse audiences Leadership Communications
Support: Partner with senior leaders to distribute impactful
messaging for key updates, town halls, forums, global events, etc.
Stakeholder Alignment: Build effective partnerships with
stakeholders across the organization to align messaging, streamline
processes, and support key initiatives. Communications Analytics:
Monitor communication effectiveness, track engagement metrics, and
provide feedback to improve clarity and reach. Qualifications
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business, or
related field; Master’s preferred. 5 years of experience in People
Development, Communications, or related roles within a global,
matrixed organization. SKILLS: Proven success in independently
designing and delivering learning programs and executing strategic
communications plans. Strong facilitation and instructional design
skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences. Excellent
written, visual, and verbal communication skills; ability to
simplify complex concepts for broad audiences. Advanced project
management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
independently. High cultural awareness and adaptability in a
fast-paced, global environment. Strong stakeholder management and
collaboration skills. Proficiency with digital learning platforms
(LMS), authoring tools, and analytics, including advanced Excel
skills. PREFERRED:A Experience in technical, engineering, or
manufacturing environments. Experience with design tools (Adobe
Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint
advanced design skills) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere
Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar, After Effect) Certification in
facilitation or coaching methodologies (e.g., International
Coaching Federation, PROSCI, Crucial Learning Facilitation,
FranklinCovey, ATD Master Trainer, etc.) *Relocation assistance is

Details An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be
based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant
education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2)
skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance,
contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6)
internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational
needs. The salary range is what we believe to be the range of
possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We
may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this
range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California,
Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in
California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in
the future. You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's
Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards
based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role
and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our
annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of
restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the
terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible
to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible
