Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Payroll Processing
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily payroll processing activities and
functions
Collaborate with cross-functional departments for root cause
analysis and solutions
Audit and adjust wages, conduct payroll reconciliations, and
troubleshoot issues
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in payroll processing
2+ years of experience in payroll working with multi-state and
large corporations
High School diploma/GED required, Associate/Bachelor's degree
preferred
Experience with processing multiple companies, tax jurisdictions,
and time and attendance systems
Knowledge of Oracle Software or equivalent ERP Payroll Software
