Description:Looking for a full cycle payroll specialist. Will be conducting semi monthly payroll for both exempt and non exempt employees. In house high volume experience is required. Duties to include:Review timesheets for accuracyProcess separation checksDownload tax withholding forms for reviewResearch inquiries regarding payroll transactionsComplete wage verification reportsData entry of payroll data to balance payroll to the GLObtain timesheet approval for unapproved timesheets for prior pay periodsReview pay statement account number changesAudit accrual adjustmentsAct as backup for payroll processing for all payroll cycles (salary and hourly semi-monthly payroll for approximately 2,000 employees)Respond to email inquiriesAnswer phonesOther data entry assignments as neededSkills:Payroll, Payroll processing, Garnishments, Deduction, hris, workforce readyAdditional Skills & Qualifications:3-5 years experience in full cycle payroll.Non profit a plus but not requiredHigh volume experience minimum of 150 employees About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
