professional contract recruiter to work with our business leaders
toattract, source, assess, and hire the best people to meet the
needs of thebusiness. You will be part of a dynamic recruiting team
that will sharebest practices in their industry. This in an onsite
/hybrid role and you willbe supporting our high growth rail
manufacturing site in Sacramento, CA.What you will be working on: -
- - - - -Provide consultative recruitment support on all facets of
fulllife cycle recruiting for our growing organization. - - - - -
-Source and pipeline external talent using social media and
HRindustry leading technologies and systems. - - - - - -Support
Business Unit leadership teams, hiring managers, andPeople and
Organization Partners to gain a solid understanding of business
objectivesand job requirements. - - - - - -Drive the recruitment
process to attain high quality talent andhiring manager engagement,
including sourcing, screening, evaluate candidatesby phone and/or
video interviews (live and on-demand), document feedback andensure
follow-up with hiring managers - - - - - -Utilize multiple creative
techniques to proactively identify andattract passive talent
through low cost/no cost sources such as networking,social media
(LinkedIn), employee referrals, job postings, and the like. - - - -
- -Promote inclusion at Siemens by ensuring diverse candidate
poolsfor all positions. - - - - - -Train and counsel hiring
managers, HR Business Partners andother employees on the recruiting
process including relevant systems. - - - - - Ensure adherence
toSiemens recruiting policies and procedures and compliance with
applicablegovernmental regulations and legislation.
What you need to be successful: - - - - - -8 plus years recruiting
and/or recruiting operations experiencefor technical positions as
well as operations roles within a field-basedorganization. - - - -
- -HS or GED required. Bachelors degree in HR or
business-relatedfield a plus. - - - - - -Experience sourcing
candidates using various sourcing techniquesincluding Boolean
search methods and solid understanding of LinkedIn recruiter. - - -
- - -Excellent written & verbal communication, customer
serviceorientation, relationship building, teamwork, follow-up, and
attention todetail. - - - - - -Ability to prioritize a variety of
different tasks andassignments. Demonstrable experience working in
a dynamic team environment. - - - - - Proven consultativeexperience
establishing business relationships and a track record of
excellentcustomer satisfaction. We would be impressed if you had:
