DayOVERVIEW :The Human Resource Coordinator will assist in
supporting the Human Resource (HR) department and perform a wide
range of Administrative and Human Resources duties and projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience with employee
onboarding/off boarding, excellent task prioritization and
execution skills and strong technical skills to navigate the HRIS
software.RESPONSIBILITIES :Provide exceptional customer service to
internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the
organization by responding to inquiries in a timely manner and
providing effective and efficient problem resolution. Refer more
complex inquiries to the appropriate HR team member.Facilitate the
new hire process: guide new hires through the onboarding process,
answer questions and explain new hire documentation
requirementsPrepare and maintain all applicable information for
employee electronic filesProcess and input new hires, transfers,
promotions, manager changes, leaves of absences, return to work,
terminations, and other employee status changes in the HRIS
software.Maintain quality and consistency of information in the
HRIS systemMaintain employee personnel information in HRIS
systemDistribute and process employee performance review
documentationAssist HR Generalist with benefit administration
dutiesAssist in company event planning and executionAssist HR
Generalist with workers compensation claims managementAnswer
employee questions regarding general Human Resource related
matters.Provide other support to Human Resource Staff as
assigned.WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is performed in an office
environment. This position may be required to travel to other
office locations.REPORTING STRUCTURE: This position reports
directly to the Human Resources Director.CAREER ADVANCEMENT: Career
advancement at Rex Signature Services, LLC is possible with all
positions, but is not guaranteed. Advancement could be within the
current department or to other departments within the
company.LOCATION :Rex Signature Services, LLC. and affiliated
offices are located throughout California and Nevada.COMPENSATION
:Construction Innovations pays hourly/salary rates commensurate
with each employees knowledge, experience and skill level and in
accordance with state and federal laws.EOEEDUCATION : 2+ years
general HR or administrative experience. A combination of education
and experience will be considered. BA/BS in Human Resources,
Business, Administration, or related field preferred QUALIFICATIONS
: Knowledge of Human Resources standard policies, practices and
procedures including new hire processing and personnel data and
records management. Strong analytical skills, organization, and
attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to act
with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Computer
proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use MS Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with HRIS and benefits database.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent
communication and customer service skills. Strong command of the
English language, both verbal and written. Bi-lingual in one or
more other languages a strong plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability
to verbally communicate: convey detailed and accurate instructions
and information. Ability to hear with or without correction in
order to receive and interpret detailed information. Required to
sit at a desk work station for long periods of time. Push, pull,
lift, carry at least 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 35
pounds. Occasionally required to walk and stand for short and long
periods of time. Required to have visual acuity with or without
correction in order to read contract documents, analyze data, view
a computer monitor, and proof read documents to identify errors.
Required to use fingers and hands: type using a computer keyboard,
handle, feel, and reach. May occasionally be required to stoop,
