We have a 6 month contract opportunity for a Recruitment Logistics team Member. This role is 100% remote.

Position Summary:

Performs day-to-day recruiting coordination and logistics activities to deliver recruiting logistics services on behalf of Sutter Health. Recruiting Logistics Team is located at the shared services center and works with Recruiting Team that is located at different geographic locations to support hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates. Creates, audits, and updates job posting templates. Initiates and monitors criminal and employment checks, and coordinates medical assessments for applicable candidates. Administers contingent staffing, relocation, and immigration services. Partners with other Recruitment Team Members to help execute end-to-end sourcing, recruiting, and relocation processes on behalf of Sutter Health. Collaborates with shared services organization HR Team Members to help build a high-performing HR Service Delivery Team. Supports creating and building the Recruiting Logistics Team that is focused on delivering results by seeking and responding to regular performance feedback and helping in orientation and appropriate training of team members. Supports the success of a high-performing shared services organization by helping to champion and drive the long-term Sutter Shared Services vision. Helps foster an environment in which continuous improvement in business processes and services is welcomed and recognized. Participates in programs and in using tools in support of building a high performance culture via the standard Sutter Shared Services responsibilities (e.g. performance measurement, people development, customer relationship management, etc.). Assignment Specific Responsibilities Coordinates logistics for all recruiting activities across Sutter Health, including sending applicant information to background check vendor, receiving results and escalating appropriately Schedules candidates for medical assessments; notifies applicants who did not pass assessment Creates, audits and updates job posting templates Audits newly created job requisitions for accuracy, and posts to internal and external sites as directed by Recruiting Team Sends the candidate information who passed assessment to Recruiting Team Informs candidates on relocation and immigration services as applicable Creates and maintains template in Vendor Management System for vendors to fulfill contingent staffing requirements Determines the eligibility of employee or candidate for immigration services (example: H1B, E3, , R1, J1, TN or other varieties); notifies the Manager and employee Completes needed forms and notifies Office of General Counsel as needed; consults external immigration attorney for basic guidance; receives parameters of immigration from immigration attorney; communicates parameters to Manager and HR Business Partners; engages immigration attorney for next steps Administers relocation - evaluates level of relocation and gathers approvals on the relocations that meet qualifications; determines relocation offer and sends offer to the Hiring Manager for review and approval Answers general questions from applicants, candidates, and customers regarding the recruiting process In initial year, participates in cross-training and job enlargement opportunities for Major job responsibilities. Works with direct supervisor to identify minor set of responsibilities to develop and perform in support of peaks, valleys and cycles across the Shared Services Organization and individual career growth opportunities. Performs both Major and Minor responsibilities after initial year

Required Skills:

Basic training or education in employment laws, immigration laws or policies is desired Experience Experience with computer data entry and general office procedures is required Experience in recruiting logistics function is preferred Experience in a service delivery environment is preferred Experience in a health care setting is preferred Experience with a start-up organization is a plus Knowledge Demonstrated knowledge of Recruitment and Fair Recruitment Practices is preferred Knowledge of processes, systems or tools related to recruiting logistics, and relocation and immigration services is preferred Knowledge of immigration laws and policies is preferred Knowledge of contingent staffing procedures and systems is preferred Knowledge of shared services center / contact center operations and associated human resource issues and solutions is preferred Skills Ability to perform day-to-day Credentialing Verification processing activities to ensure that customer priorities are met Organization and prioritization skills Strong customer services skills Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing and strong listening skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and working with multiple customers Ability to adapt to a changing environment and adaptability to changing priorities and working with multiple customers Ability to enter data into a computer database accurately Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and recruitment related applications such as application tracking systems Requires the ability to work with and maintain confidential information

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

AA/AS is desired
