• 2 years of full cycle recruiting
• General HR experience essential
• Candidate must be located in Placer County--

  • Facilitate full-cycle recruitment efforts
  • Ambassador of first-class experience for all applicants
  • Design creative job postings and develop advertising avenues to attract great candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers on selecting candidates based on best practices
  • Assist in planning, creating, implementing and facilitating orientation and on-going development
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects
  • Directly impact people s career path. Impact patientcare by delivering a talented, compassionate workforceExperience/Skills Qualifications:
    • Bachelor degree - HR, Business, Communications, or related field required
    • Two years of full cycle recruitment/ recruiter experience SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred
    • Healthcare recruitment experience highly desired
    • Microsoft Office Suite expert
    • Relationship builder
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
