Supervision/ Leadership: Manage kitchen staff, assign tasks, create
schedules, and provide training/mentoring. Food Preparation:
Oversee cooking, plating, portioning, and ensure consistency with
recipes and standards. Inventory & Ordering: Manage stock levels,
order supplies, receive deliveries, and track food usage/waste.
Quality & Safety: Enforce food safety, sanitation, maintaining
temperature logs, and hygiene regulations. Operations Support:
Assist with menu planning, cost control, equipment maintenance, and
general kitchen tasks. Who You Are A reliable presence in the
kitchen during service and prep Able to provide direction and
support during busy shifts Clear communication in Spanish and
English Able to maintain standards and follow established systems
Willing to work all stations as needed, including prep, line, and
close Consistent with cleanliness, organization, and food safety
Focused on executing food correctly and efficiently Dependable,
adaptable, and open to feedback Works well within a team structure
and follows expectations Looking for a stable kitchen role with
clear responsibilities This role is full time, with overtime
expectations on busier days Must be available to work all shifts
