Kohl's (S@K) Merchandising team is critical to supporting the
growth of the Sephora @ Kohl's business. The Manager, Sephora @
Kohl's Merchandising & Strategy supports the total worlds strategy
is integral to supporting the total S@K merchandising teams.Your
role at Sephora:
The Manager of Sephora @ Kohl's Merchandising & Strategy will
support the Sephora @ Kohl's Merchandising organization to analyze
total S@K business, drive sales and operate efficiently. This role
serves as a key cross-functional advocate for the S@K Merchandising
team via the S@K core team with a focus on operational excellence.
The work includes reporting, consolidating cross-world initiatives
and assessing risks/opportunities across total S@K Merchandising.
Strong attention to detail, project & time management, critical
thinking and excellent communication skills are critical to this
role's success.In addition, you will:
- Own reporting across S@K merchandising categories - weekly,
monthly, adhoc
- Partner with marketing to align on total S@K cross world
initiatives.
- Multi-world assortment captain for in-store fixtures and
animations
- Support total enterprise strategies that tie back to
merchandising with key cross functional engagement across tech,
digital, retail, & marketing
- Digital Merch Lead for S@K
- Misc. - presentations, sampling captain, meeting planning and
total S@K team support
- Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service,

- Minimum 5+ years retail merchant/ buyer level experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop category/brand strategies
- High-level problem solving and analytical skills, working well
within ambiguity and navigating a complex business
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a
fast-paced and complex environment
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and
negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate and lead cross functionally
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travelThe annual base salary range for this position
is $114,000.00- $126,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends
on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the
applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant
experience; specific and unique skills; level of education
attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other
legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the
position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives
and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed
in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. Sephora
