Job Description:
Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Reservationist is to provide superior
guest service in assisting guests with reservations, cancellations
and questions in an efficient and timely manner.
Work Performed:
The Reservationist will be tasked with the following duties,
responsibilities, and assignments:
- Promptly answer telephone calls, greet callers with a positive
and clear voice.
- Make guest reservations and/or cancellations.
-Answer inquires pertaining to hotel services, registration,
shopping, dining and travel directions
-Handle credit card transactions for reservations in an efficient,
secure and accurate manner.
Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose
of the position.
