Job Description:

Chick-fil-A Arden Fair is looking for enthusiastic, hard working Kitchen Team Member to become an integral part of our team! You will work with one of the busiest kitchen teams in Sacramento and serve every guest with the best food.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, up to our standards
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Supervisor
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual recertification
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Be involved and contribute at team meetings
• Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator
• Protect the interest of the operator
• Obtain Food Handler Card within 30 days of HireQualifications:
  • Previous experience in food prep or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative, giving your best at all timesCompensation:
