Position Summary
Under the general direction of the Associate Director, Enrollment &
Marketing, the Customer Service Representative provides customer
service and clerical support involved in registration and records
keeping for programs. The Customer Service Representative works
closely with program staff to provide thorough information about
the college, our programs and the registration process. This
position is also responsible for taking independent action to
resolve problems for internal and external customers and process
and receipt fees for all courses offered through CCE.
FLSA: Non-Exempt
CSU Classification Salary Range: $ 3,338 - $ 4,913 per month
Hiring Range: Anticipated hiring range will be commensurate with
candidate's education, experience, skills, and training.
Salary Grade/Range: 2

Time Base: Full-Time
Pay Plan: 12 months
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, work hours may vary
depending on department operations

The College of Continuing Education (CCE) extends the mission of
