Under the general direction of the Associate Director, Enrollment &
Marketing, the Customer Service Representative provides customer
service and clerical support involved in registration and records
keeping for programs. The Customer Service Representative works
closely with program staff to provide thorough information about
the college, our programs and the registration process. This
position is also responsible for taking independent action to
resolve problems for internal and external customers and process
and receipt fees for all courses offered through CCE.
CSU Classification Salary Range: $ 3,338 - $ 4,913 per month
Hiring Range: Anticipated hiring range will be commensurate with
candidate's education, experience, skills, and training.

These entry qualifications would normally be obtained through
completion of a high school program or its equivalent and some
experience in an office environment.
- Experience in interpreting policies and procedures and ability
to relate them effectively to others in person and on the

keeping, and financial reconciliations (bank deposits).

Excel, Access, Internet Explorer).
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and
external constituencies, both verbally and in writing.
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Understanding of and experience with being quality oriented
(accurate, timely, meets deadlines, dependable, responsive,
proactive, detail oriented).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and cooperative
as a member of the department and organization toward the
