Location: Davis, CA AMN Healthcare is partnering with the
University of California, Davis (UC Davis) to recruit an Associate
Medical Director to help lead a high-performing, accredited student
health organization serving a diverse academic community. This
physician leader will combine clinical practice with operational
and people leadership, supporting primary, acute, and specialty
care delivery for graduate and undergraduate students. Reporting to
the Medical Director, this role offers the opportunity to influence
clinical quality, mentor multidisciplinary providers, and
contribute to strategic planning within a nationally ranked public
university. The position balances hands-on care with protected
leadership responsibilities, supporting sustainable work/life
integration while advancing academic medicine, population health,
and student wellness. This opportunity is ideal for Family
Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or academic
primary care physicians seeking a visible leadership platform with
