Details Full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic
Surgeon opportunity Dedicated MA support for your practice Shared
call rotation with community-based surgeons Focus on knee, hip, and
shoulder replacement, with a full range of joint replacement
services Access to Mako Robotic-Arm technology for advanced
surgical procedures One clinic and one hospital location for
excellent work-life balance Qualifications MD or DO degree with
Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery California
medical license (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration
Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to
compassionate, team-based care and service to a diverse patient
population Compensation & Benefits Competitive 18-month salary
guarantee with productivity-based earning potential Salary range:
$650,000–$700,000 annually productivity incentives Generous
