Job Description Primary Care Physician opening in CT Located in Wilton, 55m to New York Full Time Position We are currently seeking dedicated, experienced Primary Care Physician to join our growing practice at our Wilton office. The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience working in an outpatient care setting and a passion for providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established team focused on delivering exceptional healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of medical conditions.Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and preventive care to maintain patient health.Develop personalized care plans, in collaboration with patients, to achieve optimal health outcomes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.Educate patients and their families about managing chronic conditions, healthy lifestyle choices, and preventive care.Collaborate with medical assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of care delivery processes.Stay current on medical advancements and best practices in primary care. Requirements: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.At least 3-5 years of experience in an outpatient care setting.Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Connecticut.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
