Job Description DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and
compassionate Rheumatologist to join our team in providing
specialized care to patients with autoimmune and inflammatory
diseases in the vibrant city of Sacramento, CA. Job Description:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of
rheumatologic conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus,
osteoarthritis, gout, vasculitis, and other autoimmune diseases.
Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret lab results, and
develop individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage
medications, including disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs
(DMARDs) and biologics. Perform joint injections and other
procedures as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate
patients on managing their conditions and improving their quality
of life. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Stay
up-to-date on the latest advancements in rheumatology through
ongoing professional development. Qualifications: Board Certified
or Board Eligible in Rheumatology Valid medical license in
California State Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating
rheumatologic conditions Strong clinical judgment and
decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding
