Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to
provide clinical oversight and case management to behavior
technicians, clients, and families under the supervision of a
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role includes
mid-level supervision responsibilities where allowed by payer
sources. Compensation & Perks Base Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
(based on experience, skills, and location) $1000 Sign-On Bonus
Supervision & Study Support: Access to indirect/direct supervision
hours, BCBA exam preparation, and mentorship Up to $2000
reimbursement for tuition reimbursement, study materials or exam
fees Comprehensive Onboarding: Includes clinical best practices,
Central Reach training, goal writing, CPT codes, problem-solving
strategies, and telehealth assessment guidance Flexible Scheduling:
Monday to Friday and occasionally Saturdays availability with
flexibility in mornings, mid-day, and evenings . No Contracts: We
do not require non-compete agreements or contracts. Employment is
at-will and built on mutual trust and flexibility Key
Responsibilities Develop treatment goals, materials, and behavior
intervention plans under BCBA supervision Supervise Behavior
Technicians as assigned by a BCBA or Operations Leader Conduct
face-to-face supervision and support for assigned caseload Assist
in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments Train Behavior
Technicians and caregivers on behavior plans and skill development
strategies Monitor client progress and the effectiveness of
interventions Provide direct services to clients when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and perform other duties as
assigned Required Qualifications Enrolled or Completed Master’s
degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Counseling,
Criminal Justice, or a related field (Master’s in ABA preferred)
Completed 12 units of BACB-approved coursework or a minimum of 2
years providing applied behavior analysis to individuals with
autism or other developmental diagnoses Experience working in home,
school, or community settings Strong communication and computer
skills Reliable Transportation and Proof of car insurance Must be
at least 18 years old Compliance & Ethics Complete all compliance
program requirements and adhere to company policies and legal
standards Set a positive example for ethical conduct and compliance
across all interactions Report suspected violations through
appropriate channels Promote a culture of transparency and
accountability Suggest improvements in compliance procedures when
