Duty Licensed Vocational Nurses and Registered Nurses to join our

nursing care to retired Nuclear and Federal Workers that have

who have retired from Department of Energy facilities such Lawrence

National Lab, Stanford Linear, etc. We also serve Federal Workers

LOCATION: West Sacramento, CA. Cross streets: Lisbon Ave and
Todhunter Ave Available Shifts:12 hours shifts 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Full-time, Part-time and Per diem available Other locations and
shifts available! 12 hour shift with OT daily rates: $630-$709/day

functions: The person in this position must be able to perform the
following essential job functions with or without reasonable
accommodations. Demonstrate efficient teamwork with the staff.
Demonstrate organizational and time management skills. Support
quality improvement practices. Perform nursing procedures according
to agency policy and procedures. Work under the direction of a RN
Case Manager and Director of Nursing. Monitor reactions and patient
progress using observation, assessment, and evaluation skills.
Educate patients and family members according to disease process,
medications,POC, treatment options, and home care procedures
according to the plan of care. Report to physician and RN Case
Manager of adverse findings. Follow state regulations. Shall
complete clinical notes for each visit, which must be incorporated
into a record on a daily basis. Coordinate and monitor patient care
and services. Comply with HIPAA regulations. Follow infection
control policy. Light housekeeping, meal preparation. Document
skilled visits accurately and in accordance with established
guidelines. Documentation must be completed by the end of each
shift. If unable to complete the Case Manager must be notified.
Maintain patient records according to policy and procedures.
Participate in in-services, workshops, seminars, and self-study

works in an office environment sometimes with moderate noise

and private representatives in interpreting and enforcing
departmental policies and procedures. Employee will have to travel
to a variety of patient homes and perform in conditions that vary
greatly depending upon the client’s home environment. Some homes
will be clean, neat, and maintained at a comfortable temperature.
Other homes may be cluttered, dirty, with an uncomfortable
