Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ independence in daily living activities. Educate patients, caregivers, and families on adaptive techniques, home safety, and use of equipment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care. Document all care provided in compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines. Participate in care conferences and contribute to ongoing care planning. Qualifications: Current California OT license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred). Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
