Your day?to?day duties will include performing comprehensive OT evaluations, interpreting assessment findings, and designing evidence?based, goal?oriented treatment plans that address activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognitive processing, sensory integration, and fine motor skills. You’ll implement therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and educators to ensure cohesive, patient?centered care. You’ll educate patients and families on home programs, adaptive equipment, safety strategies, and durable medical equipment use, with a focus on empowering self?management and long?term success. Documentation will be precise and timely to support care continuity and regulatory compliance.
