Experience in ICU, neuro, or trauma nursing preferred. Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills. BLS and ACLS required; neuro or trauma specialty certifications preferred. Responsibilities: Assess, monitor, and document neurological and trauma patient status continuously. Administer medications, interventions, and life-support treatments safely. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition or emergencies. Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and health management.
