Use progressive exercise strategies, manual therapy, and technology to optimize recovery. Work with motivated, active individuals and athletes who take rehab seriously. What We’re Looking For: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who is fed up with the status quo and ready to do things differently. A problem-solver who values efficiency, innovation, and results over traditional PT dogma. Strong manual therapy and movement assessment skills. A clinician who believes in high-level rehab, not passive treatments and outdated methods. A team player excited to grow within a modern, patient-first practice. Requirements : Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensed (or eligible) to practice Physical Therapy in California. Current CPR certification. Why Bax Performance and Rehab?
