Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: San Francisco, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,900 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in San Francisco, California, 94109! Seeking an experienced RN for a full float position across multiple campuses. The nurse will provide direct patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and reassessment), serve as a patient advocate, coordinate care, and ensure safety and quality standards. This is a true float role, requiring flexibility to work in various units and locations.
