Job Description:
Job Description Job Description:The Clinical Dietitian, in
collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, assesses, plans,
implements, documents, and evaluates the education and specialized
nutrition needs of hospitalized patients using established
standards of care. The RD in this classification works in the
inpatient adult and/or pediatric setting to provide nutrition care
for patients with a wide range of clinical problems. Education: -
Bachelor's Degree Food Science, Nutrition Services, or related
field - Required - Professional Internship Dietetic Internship -
Required - Master's Degree Nutrition, Healthcare Administration, or
related field - Preferred Experience: - 1 year Healthcare - Acute
Care Preferred Certifications/Licensures: - RD Registered Dietitian
- Commission on Dietetic Registration - Required or - RD-Eligible -
Registered Dietitian Credential - Commission on Dietetic
Registration - passes R.D. within 80 days of registration - BLS
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills with
the ability to lead and collaborate on teams. - Demonstrate
excellent mentoring and teaching skills. - Ability to anticipate
and solve problems. - Ability to work effectively under pressure
and meet established goals and objectives. Work Shift: Saturday -
Sunday Work Shift:08.0 - Per Diem Days No Waive (United States of
America) Pay Range: $49.03 - $66.19Hourly Offer amounts are based
on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be
adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime)
under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation
purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word
