Job Description Job Description Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1 year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a skilled Imaging Cath Lab Technician specializing in cardiovascular procedures. The role focuses on supporting cardiac catheterization labs by operating imaging equipment, assisting cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout. This contract position offers the chance to utilize your technical expertise in a dynamic clinical environment dedicated to advanced cardiac care. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain catheterization lab equipment and imaging systems. Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and angioplasty procedures. Monitor and record patient vital signs and condition during procedures. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate documentation and assist in the sterilization of instruments. Qualifications: Certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist or Radiologic Technologist with Cath Lab experience. Proficient in operating fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment used in cardiac procedures. Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and catheterization techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
