be considered. Providing critical care in a fast-paced environment,
this role focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality
emergency nursing to patients and families. You will leverage your
clinical expertise and communication skills to assess urgent needs,
prioritize care, and implement appropriate interventions for a
diverse patient population in the Emergency Department (ED). Your
role is vital in managing both life-threatening and routine
emergencies while fostering a healing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Perform initial triage, establishing rapport
and identifying care priorities based on Emergency Severity Index
(ESI) standards. Conduct thorough primary and secondary
assessments, detecting deviations from norms and initiating timely
interventions. Provide invasive and non-invasive treatments with
precision while continuously evaluating patient responses. Address
patients physiological, psychosocial, cultural, and emotional
needs, ensuring effective communication and pain management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, delegating tasks and
promoting mutual respect to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, follow-up care,
and discharge instructions tailored to their learning styles.
Maintain awareness of patient conditions throughout their ED stay,
updating communication boards and family/support systems
accordingly. Adhere to infection prevention protocols and safeguard
public safety. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Valid RN
licensure with Emergency Department nursing experience preferred.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in emergent care
situations. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to perform
invasive and non-invasive procedures confidently. Commitment to
compassionate, patient-centered care. Familiarity with triage
protocols and emergency nursing standards. Location
