Outpatient Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Sacramento,
California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:
Occupational Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks -
40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel /n/n
Travel Occupational Therapist or Local Travel Occupational
Therapist (OT) is needed for an Outpatient Clinic. We are a Quality
of Care Focused Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic in Sacramento, CA. /n
Many assignments offer mentoring/onboarding your first few weeks
with a gradual increase in caseload. /n /n - $2000-$2300 per week,
Net take home. Paid Weekly. /n - First Day Health/Dental/Vision
Benefits through UHC. /n - Temp to Perm available /n - 40 hours per
week guaranteed /n - 1-hour Eval, 30-45 min follow up visits /n /n
We treat on average 9-12 patients per day. 1-hour evaluations and
30-45 minute follow-up appointments. Flexible schedules available:
4/10's, 4/9's, 5/8's. /n Requirements for the Travel Occupational
Therapist (OT) Outpatient /n /n - Determine appropriate
OT/Occupational Therapy patients, create an individualized
treatment plan (long and short-term goals) and make adjustments as
necessary /n - Master's degree, or higher, in Occupational Therapy
from an accredited occupational therapy program Occupational
Therapy license, or pending, in the state /n - Current CPR
