Position Overview: Location: Our Healthcare Facility (W Memorial
Rd) - Oklahoma City Shift: Full Time, 40 hours per week Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts weekly Patient Hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM On-Call
Duties: One night each week and one weekend monthly Job Summary:
This role involves applying the nursing process to deliver
exceptional patient care. You will be accountable for the care
provided to your assigned patients and will assess the
effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. Collaboration
with various departments to coordinate patient care is essential.
Upholding patient rights and ensuring confidentiality of patient
information is a priority. Responsibilities must align with our
mission, values, and service standards. Requirements: Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid RN
license in the state of employment, adhering to all state nursing
board regulations. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification
from the American Heart Association or completion of the course
within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be required
based on the specific position or unit, including but not limited
to: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E.,
C-EFM, and other unit-specific certifications as necessary.
Physical Demands: Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50
pounds. Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking during
each shift. Must be capable of gripping, reaching, bending,
kneeling, twisting, and squatting to fulfill job responsibilities.
