Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, is seeking an Associate Operations Director (Divisional) to enhance operational efficiency and the quality of patient care across our network. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations align with our strategic goals, particularly in our various specialized fields such as emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, and acute psychiatry. The successful candidate will work closely with hospital leaders and healthcare providers to implement best practices and innovative solutions that support our commitment to exceptional care. Oversee the operational performance of multiple healthcare sites within a designated division. Implement and refine operational procedures and standards to improve efficiency and patient outcomes. Collaborate with clinical leaders and staff to ensure seamless integration of medical services. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes. Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the division. Lead, inspire, and develop a team of healthcare management professionals. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure strategic alignment and optimal patient care. Proven leadership and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in healthcare management systems and software Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
