Vituity, a pioneer in healthcare management services, seeks a dedicated Project Manager, Implementation, to enhance our project teams within the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in facilitating the efficient implementation of healthcare services across various departments such as emergency medicine, hospital medicine, and more. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between cutting-edge medical practices and pragmatic, effective patient care enhancements, focusing primarily on implementing initiatives that align with our mission to transform healthcare delivery. Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and within-budget implementations of health services. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and department leaders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management. Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure quality assurance and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Document all project phases and ensure all team members are informed of important updates. Evaluate project outcomes and prepare detailed reports on lessons learned and best practices for future projects. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software tools like MS Project or Basecamp Knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards is a plus.
