Job Description:
InnovAge is a market leader in managing the care of high-cost,
frail, predominantly dual-eligible seniors through the Program of
All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). These openings represent

influence. Reporting directly to the Regional Medical Officer, the
Medical Directors will provide administrative and clinical care for
enrolled participants across a variety of settings, including but
not limited to the center’s clinic, participants’ homes, nursing
homes, assisted living facilities, and personal care boarding
