Job Details Specialty: Family Practice, Internal Medicine Location: Sacramento County, CA Schedule: M-F 4x10s or 5x8s Job : 25-00566 Pay: $131,040-170,352/Yr Job Incentives: Benefits: Full Benefits PTO: Up to four week's vacation Retirement: 403B with 4% match CME time: One week paid time CME allowance: $1,500 Loan repayment?: NHSC, SLRP or PSLF programs Licensure, membership fees paid: CME monies can be used for this Relocation assistance: up to $10,000 Federal loan repayment NHSC, SLRP or PSLF programs Additional Details: THE POSITION Type of clinic/specialty: FQHC Outpatient, Primary Care Setting How many hours per week: 40 Typical Work Hours: 5/8's or 4/10's depending on specific clinic Whom else will the provider be working with?, is this a solo position: Clinics include MD/DO FP or IM, pediatrician and Advanced Practice Clinicians How many patients per day: 3 per hour (20 minute slots) Call schedule: 2-3 times per year, one week at a time (over the phone onlyno in person). We have a Nursing triage line that fields initial call.
