Shift: Day Shift (5x8) - 08:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday - Friday (No Weekends!)
Start Date: 03/31/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
---- Requirements:
--- Active CA RN License
--- BLS Certification
--- Minimum 2 years of recent relevant experience
--- Strong knowledge of basic nursing skills & population-specific
learning principles
--- Preferred: Experience in outpatient or senior care settings
--- Job Responsibilities:
Manage patient and family care plans to achieve optimal health
outcomes.
Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective healthcare delivery.
Coordinate multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a professional
setting.
Provide evidence-based care that meets national and facility
standards.
Foster positive patient-family relationships aligned with Sutter
