StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $230000.00 - 250000.00

Make yourself at home in Northern California s spectacular Sacramento area. The largest physician-owned group in the country is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible pediatrics specialist to join its team. This position is also open to IM and FM-trained providers.

Opportunity Highlights

• Base Salary: $230,000 to $250,000 + 3-5% annual salary increases
• 100% outpatient + no call
• Option for inpatient work, if desired; choose from two tracks:
• Weekend Urgent Care rotation: half in-house, half at home; 1:4-6 weekend rotation
• Newborn: round and discharge; 1:4-6 weekend rotation
• Quality bonus ranging from $15,000 to $20,000
• Partnership opportunity in year three
• Interest-free home loan program up to $250,000 (with approval)
