Job ID 50996 Job Description A Sacramento based client is seeking an experienced Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide excellent primary care services to adults. An ideal candidate is a leader who works well in a collaborative environment, values evidence-based practice, and values patient centered care. This candidate must be comfortable evaluating and treating all adults in a community health setting. Required Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree
• Current California medical license
• Completed an accredited residency program
• Current DEA certificate
• Board certified or board eligible in primary care
• Current CPR certification
• 1-2 years of experience as primary care clinician Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto or Spanish Responsibilities
    • Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in adults
    • Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results
    • Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients on their treatment plans
    • Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
    • Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to policy Benefits
