Family Practice-Without OB opening in Sacramento, California.

Coverage Needed
- ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule
  - Monday - Friday
  - Clinical Details
    - Clinic only
    - Working OP clinic seeing adult primary care patients:
    - Ranging from young healthy adults to medically complex end-of-life; Includes well woman exams; No OB; No peds; lots of internal med patients
    - PPD- 18-20 in full day of outpatient clinic; depending on mix of patients; complex get longer appointment times
    - Requirements
      - Locum to perm only
      - BC or BE (with in 5 years of residency) in IM or FM
      - Active CA license
      - Clean MP history (highly preferred)
      - Fellowship (optional)
      - Disclose if provider has previously worked at CHI/Dignity
      - COVID vaccine
      - Call
        
        Once employed, rotate 1:4 or 1:5 overnight and weekend clinic call; telephone only; Calls are vetted by nurse call center
        
        EMR
        
        Cerner
        
        Credentialing
        
        60 days
