Full-Time Psychiatrist Locums Job - Inpatient Hospital - Just Outside Sacramento, California Details/Requirements: --Sixteen bed adult inpatient unit. --Average daily census 14-16. --Average length of stay is 5 to 7 days. --Hours: 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday. --No call and no weekends. --Temporary Psychiatrist is the only doctor covering the unit. --Physicals for H&Ps for new admissions are done by the referring hospital. Patients present to the facility already medically cleared. --Electronic medical record system, so candidates must be computer literate. --Credentialing can be done quickly.
