Excellent practice opportunity for a Family Practitioner with a focus on Geriatric Care in the Central Valley area. The provider will work as part of an IDT group to care for patients in nursing homes and hospitals including admits and discharges. Ideal candidates will be BC or, BE if a recent graduate. BC in Geriatrics is desired. Shared call in a rotating night and weekend call.

QUALIFICATIONS: BC OR BE FP with a focus in Geriatric Care. One year of practice experience is desired. Active (with no Restrictions) California Physician License or License in process. State CDS Certification and DEA Registration. Valid CA Driver's License with a clean DMV record.

The community is part of the three city statistical area in Stanislaus County and is approximately an hour drive to Sacramento.
