Now offering a $5,000 signing bonus!Sacramento Animal Hospital is an AAHA accredited, privately owned, established small animal hospital serving the beautiful community of East Sacramento and surrounding areas since the 1940's. We have a team-centered, fun loving work culture with a highly skilled and dedicated support team. Our focus is providing top notch services to our clients through gold standard veterinary options and clear communication, while emphasizing low stress handling of our patients and creating an inviting environment for everyone.As much as we prioritize ensuring client satisfaction, we also support and lift up our team by taking work-life balance into account. Our doctors work as a collaborative team of 3-4 daily receiving doctors to tend to our busy appointment schedule. Having multiple doctors on staff also allows us to be flexible with time off requests. We refer to local emergency hospitals for after hours services, so we do not require after-hours work or on-call hours.Our new facility features state of the art equipment such as K-Laser, digital radiography (including digital dental rads), IDEXX laboratory testing, and much more. We also have a board-certified radiologist doing ultrasounds in-house on a weekly basis and a cardiologist doing echocardiograms at least twice monthly.We are looking for an associate to join our team full time. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. We offer a mentorship program for new grads. Strong surgical and dental skills are a plus.
