We ask questions to truly understand the core of a matter.General SummaryThe Operations Manager is an exempt position responsible for the operational success of the Club through the ongoing creation and development of staff, programs, services, and facilities. The Operations Manager oversees the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments, providing leadership to ensure member needs are met and the experience surpasses expectations. The role requires exercising discretion and independent judgment daily to ensure the Club's success and staff development.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.Primary Job FunctionsEmployee Management
    • Hires, trains, supervises, develops, and terminates staff in accordance with company policies.
    • Performs performance evaluations and compiles performance reports.
    • Implements laws, regulations, and policies regarding employment practices, safety, and other company policies.
    • Processes payroll for supervised staff.
    • Monitors uniform adherence.Club Management
      • Conducts daily walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.
      • Manages Front Desk and Housekeeping operations for efficiency and service quality.
      • Develops and enforces operational standards focused on members.
      • Acts as Club/Regional Manager on Duty as needed.
      • Oversees daily operations to ensure safety and efficiency through visible leadership.Financial Accountability
        • Manages financial performance of departments to meet revenue and expense targets.
        • Prepares and executes plans to achieve financial goals.
        • Maintains departmental financial goals and incentive plans in coordination with leadership.Communication & Relationships
          • Interacts professionally with management, staff, vendors, members, and guests.
          • Promotes harmonious relations and timely communication.
          • Participates actively in events, meetings, and training.
          • Upholds the club's mission and brand image.Corporate Goals & Objectives
            • Supports safety initiatives and compliance with policies.
            • Participates in corporate committees and supports continuous improvement.
            • Prioritizes professional development.Other Job Functions
              • Flexible work schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
