The Manager, HR Operations will manage HR processes related to employment lifecycle, data management, and HR systems (including Workday). Responsibilities include ensuring data security, developing HR metrics, and leading process improvement projects.Essential Functions:

• Serve as the Workday SME.
• Lead testing and deployment of system updates.
• Oversee employment lifecycle processes.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and contingent workforce reporting.
• Maintain HR system configurations and integrations.
• Partner with Finance for payroll.
• Collaborate across departments on projects and workflows.
• Support reporting and analytics for business impact and compliance.
• Manage leaves of absence.
• Share best practices and develop system knowledge within the team.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in HR or related field, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience in system implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and data accuracy; 1 year in Workday.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
  • Ability to produce meaningful reports and communicate effectively.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Reports to: Vice President, Total RewardsLocation: San Carlos, CACompensation: Competitive salary ($139,000-$162,000) with benefits and equity.
