Operational Studies Project Manager - HealthSunnyvale, California, United States Software and ServicesAdd to Favorites Operational Studies Project Manager - HealthRemoved from favoritesDescriptionOperational Studies Project Managers are responsible for leading the study execution, and communicating with internal and external teams/partners on study milestones and schedule. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, is flexible, and can respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically to changes. The Operational Studies PM will interact with all engineering design teams, clinical, data analysis, legal, business development, and other project management teams. Having exposure and familiarity with the changing dynamics of research and development is highly desired.Key responsibilities include:--- Establish and maintain project schedules, prioritize issues and track the details as well as be in touch with the big picture--- Collect high quality data and ensure study compliance to domestic / international regulations--- Lead all aspects of partnership management including building and maintaining partner relationship, raising critical issue as needed, developing strategies and tactics to drive substantive and measurable change through innovative solutions, as well as leading quarterly partner performance reviews--- Set-up and handle study budgets--- Report and present to multi-functional teams and senior leadership on project status and schedulesThis is a site-based role.Minimum Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in biomedical engineering or any engineering field, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of project management with direct experience with partnerships within Health or Technology
  • Ability to knit together disparate sources of information into a strong strategic narrative and perform data analysis to drive measurable results
  • Strong expertise in human research with clear understanding of GCP, domestic and International regulationsPreferred Qualifications
    • Top-notch negotiation skills and adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts
    • Establish Recruitment strategy to ensure data needs are met
    • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can influence teams across Apple and develop productive and positive relationships
    • Self-starter and critical thinker with the ability to establish priorities and work autonomously
    • Think and plan strategically, results-oriented with a positive "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to get things done
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Superb communication skills including effective listening, clear and concise writing and ability to articulate project updates to executives
    • Some travel is required, approximately 25%At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
