Position Summary
Under the general direction of the Director of Planning &
Construction Services, the incumbent is responsible for managing
assigned major and/or minor construction projects, including all
aspects of project management during development, planning, design,
construction, and final close-out.
FLSA: Exempt (Not eligible for overtime compensation)
Anticipated Hiring Range: $7,917.00 per month - $9,167.00 per month
commensurate with candidate's education, experience, skills, and
training
CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,750.00 - $11,146.00 per
month

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. May be eligible

Department Information
Our responsibilities include master planning, capital planning,
design & capital project management for the University.
The Director of PDCS also functions as the Deputy Building Official
assigned to the campus by the Chancellor's office in enforcing CSU
permitting procedures, reviews and approvals.
