seeking a Director to join our National Tax practice. We are

Will be Responsible For:
- Research and consult on domestic federal income tax advisory
and transactional matters
- Contribute to Firm-wide tax trainings
- Manage, train and develop staff. Participate in the performance
review process
- Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively
with colleagues and the client to provide superior client
service
- Contribute to business development efforts by working
collaboratively with partners and marketing professionals Basic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- CPA is required
- 10 + years of supervisory experience
- 20 + years of progressive tax consulting and/or tax compliance
experience
- Substantive experience in multiple domestic federal income tax
areas, including partnerships, S corporations, and general
transaction advisory
- Familiarity with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA
and RIA Checkpoint) Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation, OR Master's Degree in Tax or
Accounting
- Experience working with federal income taxation of financial

Preferred Location: New York For NYC and California, the expected
salary range for this position is between 199780 and 312156 The
range for the position in other geographies may vary based on
market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based
on experience and other factors permitted by law.
