Our Operations Management team is experts in acquiring new clients and engaging in continuous cross-training in a variation of departments including sales, marketing, client relations, and more! - -As an Operations Management Trainee in our fast-paced environment, you will utilize your degree to assist in business operations and promptly solve our consumers' and sales teams' problems. You can steer your career with access to a variety of robust training and opportunities to advance toward management roles. -

-Responsibilities Of An Operations Management Trainee:

Assist the management and sales team in coordination, devising, and implementing new strategiesCoordinate operations and ensure sales trajectories and objectives are met or exceededMotivate team members in the sales and customer service departmentAcquire and sustain new business for the companyCommunicate with new clients and evaluate their needs and specificationsEnsure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer contributes -Represent our brand with rectitude and professionalism - -Qualifications Of An Operations Management Trainee: -

1-2 years experience in operations management, client relations, sales, or leadership -Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales or Communications preferred -Extremely organized and detail-oriented -Interpersonal and mediation skills -Ability to effectively train and motivate sales associatesConfident and experienced in a customer-facing role -Strategic thinking skills and comprehensive problem-solving abilitiesAbility to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
