Introduction to the team
Moss Adams is looking for a Transformation Manager who can help
drive large scale transformation management efforts across the
firm's top strategic priorities. This role within our Business
Transformation Office (TO) will partner with senior program and
firm leadership to support delivery of key projects and the
continued development of program and project management capability
across the firm.
The purpose of the TO is to provide program and project management
support and expertise to our business transformation capability
leaders and other stakeholders. The Transformation Manager, in
conjunction with the TO team, will leverage a thorough
understanding and depth of experience with industry standard/best
practice program and project management methodologies, processes,
and tools to support the successful execution of solutions that
meet or exceed their stakeholders' expectations. They will also
serve as project manager for select projects, leading teams
consisting of functional and technical internal resources, external
contractors, and vendor resources. In this role, they will be
responsible for setting clear goals and building and managing
thorough program and project plans and timelines.
Additionally, the Transformation Manager will be responsible for
expanding the capability in program and project management
practices across the firm. In doing so, they will be helping people
at all levels of the firm learn how to apply the firm's
program/project management practices and develop project management
plans appropriate for the scale and scope of projects of various
sizes. The person in this role will be required to work at both the
strategic and execution levels and will report to the Associate
Director of our Transformation Office.
We are looking for someone with professional program and project
management skills, proven experience as a coach and project
manager, willingness to jump in and do the work individually and
with the team, and a strategic thinker with exemplary communication
and planning skills that understands business transformation.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure the quality execution within the TO of program
and project management best practices, including portfolio
governance, status reports, project and risk management plans, ROI
tools, budget/time tracking, etc.
Serve as project manager for select BT projects
Drive adoption of project management methods and capacity within
the firm, integrating with organizational change management
capability development
Lead ROI modeling and program and project measurement and
reporting
Identify opportunities to evolve program and project management
best practices to advance the TO along desired maturity path
Serve as a liaison and trusted partner between the BT program and
Information Technology team to progress BT projects
Support TO leadership in preparing content, agendas, and
documentation for Executive Committee reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in
Business, Information Technology or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a complex organization
required; including demonstrated involvement with building and
leading high-performing teams and fostering collaboration and an
inclusive culture in a virtual environment; experience in a
professional services environment preferred
Formal training or certification in project management
methodologies and approaches desired (e.g., PMP, CSM, etc.)
Demonstrated successful project management skills such as scoping,
planning, monitoring and controlling, issues management and budget
management for both IT-focused and business-centered projects
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills including the
ability to articulate complex issues to stakeholders and senior
leaders
Experience with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and program
metrics and measurement development
Experience leading technology projects and teaming with technical
project managers and teams
Basic understanding of organizational change management principles
and practices
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%

of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on
experience, skillset, and location. This position may be eligible
