Position : IT Project Manager Lead Pay : $54/hr. Location : El Dorado Hills California & Oakland California Schedule : 9 am to 3 pm Flexible Contract to hire: 6 months with the opportunity to extend Vaccine Requirement - Vaccine and Booster required Responsibilities: IT Project Manager Lead will develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts IT Project Manager Lead will manage project resources to meet deliverables, including forming, motivating high-performance, cross-functional Business and IT teams, which may include on and off-shore resources. IT Project Manager Lead will provide regular communications and project status reports to management, stakeholders, and the project team Evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value Required Skills & Education: Bachelor's degree MS Project, Planview, or similar project management tool MS Office Suite (MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) Candidate must have recent hands-on experience in project/program resource planning, reporting, prioritization, and budgeting with both on-shore and off-shore staff. Experience leading projects and programs within and outside IT, as well as projects and programs that involve external providers. 9+ years of direct Project Management experience with healthcare payer operations Demonstrated ability in estimating, calculating, and reporting on financial
