We are seeking a Self-Storage Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all Operational activities and transactions. We are a growing nationwide company with properties coast to coast.Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all Operational transactions
• Attract and secure new tenants
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Provide Excellent customer service
• Enforce property rules and regulationsQualifications:
  • Previous experience in management or sales
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
