Finance Manager for a high growth global tech company, leading all finance activity across NAM (#1 growth territory). You will report into the General Manager for the US and collaborate with key business leaders while owning all finance in US and NAM as the business continues to grow.Client DetailsOur client is a global technology company providing environmental intelligence products to commercial transportation (specifically aviation), government entities, and manufacturing companies. Their US presence is currently contributing 1/3 of their current revenue and they plan to focus all current and upcoming growth on their US business. DescriptionLead finance for all NAM including:

• Month end close and reporting delivery to global finance team and non-finance stakeholders
• Supporting key business leaders on decision making support
• Supporting year end by delivering NAM finance information to global finance team and business leaders
• Key process improvement and implementation of technology to improve data and performance
• Lead on key commercial analysis and reporting for senior leadership
• Drive growth support through financial planning across the short, medium and long term
• Work closely with brand ownership on key analysis
• Lead and drive monthly reportingProfile
  • Strong and well rounded finance professional who can interact effectively with key business stakeholders
  • Experience or interest working with globally distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of month end activities and how to drive continuous improvement
  • Prior experience or interest in implementation of process improvements or technologies a PLUS
